Do not visit Acteva unannounced

Contact Acteva

I just heard from a NPO today that Acteva is finally contacting. Its seems that both Claudio Vega and James Turnbough have been sending emails. James just started to send off emails to a handful of NPO’s advising payment status.

Acteva started contacting this NPO after they phyiscally stopped by the Acteva office. Security refused to let this individual in to see anybody from Acteva. This same individual called up stairs from the lobby to the sales department. They tried for several minute to convince Acteve to meet in person but were unsucessful.

This is not an isolated incident. Dave Ghosh had avised another NPO to stop by anytime. The CEO stopped by and was denied entry. Dave Ghosh apologized about the incident claiming to have been in a meeting and only learned about the visit after the fact.

If you show up at Acteva’s office unannounced, Acteva will not meet with you. They have shown that they will not return countless emails and phone calls. When they do choose to return an email, they can not address the questions at hand.

It is comforting to know that Acteva has since started to contact the NPO that went to visit them this week. This same NPO is on our site and we have referred to them as Rebecca. We still do niot understand why some NPO’s get contacted and why others have not. We would ask Acteva personal but its doubtful we will get the real answer.

In the meantime, Acteva continues to tweet the same tweets over and over. They also keep posting odd items on Facebook that Dave Bunnell keeps liking, at least somebody does. Finally Acteva continues to ignore the BBB and the countless NPO’s they owe money too.

I was just contacted today by Rebecca and was advised that the check that was promised to have been sent out 2 weeks ago has yet to be received. The check should have arrived in 2 to 3 days tops. Rebecca may have to go back and visit Acteva have a picnic until Acteva not only agrees to meet with her by hands her a check for the full amount she is owed.

Maybe we should organize an Occupy Acteva event. We can all camp out at Acteva’s headquarters until the make full restitution. It does seem like Acteva has no plans on changing and becoming a respectable company. They want to pretend that I have a personal vendetta against them and am defaming them. I am not, I am bring to light and documenting how they are acting and treating their clients.

  1. I would TOTALLY participate in an OccupyACTEVA event. Well worth taking an unpaid day from my “real” job to fight for the $ for my volunteer NPO job!!
