BBB has updated the Acteva complaints log

Today I checked in on the BBB Acteva site and saw to updates. The complaint counts is now at 54 total closed complaints. Yes 54 Acteva complaints.  The other major update is the count for failure to respond  now at 20. There are 20 people having problems with Acteva that the BBB was unable to resolve.

The other items to notice is the fact that 5 complaints that were closed due to Acteva failing to respond, came this month. 5 complaints in April that were closed as Acteva did not reply. This is just a collection of the problems that Acteva is facing.
