So Acteva reached out to a client today that they owe money to. Here is the rub, Acteva is trying to collect money from said client. Oops. Acteva owes over $50,000 and instead of paying or reaching out to pay, they are trying to recover money due to a cancelled reservation.
Turns out a person cancelled as they were they were unable to attend the event. Acteva needs to make the refund this person. So they are acting like they have paid the money to the non-profits and are trying to collect that money so they can pay back the person that cancelled. That is rich.
Acteva has not issue reaching out when they feel they are owed money. But when the roles are reversed, its silence. You can’t make this up!
